Superintendent/Foreman Position
Our Supers are responsible for driving the project team in successfully executing the scheduled completion of assigned projects within their established budgets. The ideal candidate will be articulate and professional, with the ability to see the big picture and drive difficult processes to completion.
Duties Include:
- Lay-out and measuring on job sites will be required.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate your work with architects, general contractors and other trades is required.
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to adjust management style (macro vs. micro) depending upon the needs of the project is essential.
Candidate should have construction experience, be organized & the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. No attitudes and take instructions easily.

Construction Estimator
"EXPERIENCED ONLY"
- Responsible for quantity take-offs, pricing and preparation of final bid submittal
- Computer Literate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with estimating programs a plus
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Ability to multi-task and be highly organized working on multiple projects
- Must be familiar with all phases of new construction and alteration work
- Must be able to read architectural plans and do take offs from them
